4. The List and marketing
The List is our email marketing list and is separate from website accounts and paid memberships. Creating an account, buying a product or purchasing a membership does not by itself subscribe you to The List unless the relevant journey clearly says otherwise and you provide the required marketing consent.
Where an optional marketing checkbox is shown, it is unticked by default. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in our emails. Unsubscribing from The List does not cancel your website account, membership or transactional emails needed to provide services you requested.
5. Who we share data with
Stripe, to process payments, subscriptions, refunds and billing management.
MailerLite, to manage The List, marketing preferences and marketing email delivery.
Our website, hosting, database, authentication, file-storage and email-delivery providers, to operate the site and deliver requested services.
Professional advisers, regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies or other parties where disclosure is necessary to comply with law, establish or defend legal rights, or protect people and the service.
A buyer, investor or successor if all or part of the business is reorganised, sold or transferred, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
6. International transfers
Some service providers may process personal data outside the UK. Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we rely on an approved transfer mechanism or other lawful safeguard provided by the relevant service provider.
7. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to provide services, maintain security and moderation records, meet accounting/legal requirements, resolve disputes and establish or defend legal claims. Retention periods vary by record type. Marketing records may be retained to honour unsubscribe preferences and demonstrate consent. When data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Strictly necessary technologies may operate without consent where permitted. At present we only use storage that is necessary to provide the website features you request, so there is no optional-cookie consent panel. If we introduce non-essential technologies in future, we will ask for any required consent before they are used.
8a. Google Fonts
Our website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, a service provided by Google. When your browser requests these font files, your IP address and basic technical information (such as browser type and the page requesting the fonts) are sent to Google so the fonts can be delivered. Google does not set cookies on our website through this service. We rely on our legitimate interests in presenting the website consistently. Google may process this data outside the UK; see Google's privacy policy for more information.
9. Your rights
Ask for access to your personal data.
Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Ask us to erase personal data in certain circumstances.
Ask us to restrict processing in certain circumstances.
Object to certain processing, including direct marketing.
Ask for certain data to be provided in a portable format.
Withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
To exercise a right, email hello@prettylittletease.co.uk. We may need to verify your identity. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
10. Children
Pretty Little Tease is intended for adults. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal data from children through memberships, purchases or the Community. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect passwords and account access.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on the website with an updated date. Where a change materially affects how we use personal data, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to affected users' attention.

Last updated: 28 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of prettylittletease.co.uk and to purchases made through the Pretty Little Tease Boutique. Separate Membership Terms apply to paid PLT Member and VIP subscriptions. Separate Community Guidelines apply when you use the Community.
Contact details
Pretty Little Tease is operated by Pretty Little Tease Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number [COMPANY NUMBER TO BE ADDED], whose registered office is at [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS TO BE ADDED].
Website: prettylittletease.co.uk
Email: hello@prettylittletease.co.uk
1. About these terms
By using the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers cannot lawfully waive.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The website is intended for adults. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping login details confidential and telling us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, breach of these terms or breach of the Community Guidelines.
3. The List
The List is our marketing/newsletter list and is not a membership tier. Joining The List does not create a website account or paid membership. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
4. Boutique products
Product pages describe whether an item is digital or physical, its price and any material characteristics. Images are illustrative; colours and appearance can vary by screen. We may change or withdraw products before an order is accepted.
The Boutique may currently contain digital products only. These terms also cover physical products if and when they are offered for sale.
5. Prices, discounts and payment
Prices are shown in GBP unless the checkout clearly states otherwise.
Pretty Little Tease is not currently VAT registered, so UK VAT is not added as a separate charge. If our tax status changes, pricing and checkout information may change.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
PLT Member and VIP Boutique discounts apply only while the relevant paid membership is active and to eligible products. Current discounts are shown on the website. Discounts may not be combined unless we say otherwise.
An order is accepted when payment has been successfully processed and we send or display confirmation.
6. Digital content
Digital products are supplied electronically. Paid digital products are made available immediately after payment. Before you pay, checkout asks you to expressly request immediate supply and to acknowledge that, once supply begins, you lose the statutory 14-day cancellation right that would otherwise apply. We record your request and acknowledgement, with the date and time, against your order, and your order confirmation email confirms it.
Digital files are for your personal, non-commercial use unless the product page expressly grants a different licence. You must not resell, redistribute, share paid download links publicly, reproduce for commercial use, or claim the content as your own.
Private download links may expire for security. If a valid paid link expires before you can reasonably access your purchase, contact us and we will assist, subject to reasonable verification of the order.
7. Physical goods (when offered)
For physical goods, delivery options, charges and estimated times will be shown before purchase. Unless a different period is agreed, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or a person you nominate.
Cancellation and returns rights for physical goods are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Free downloads
Some digital downloads may be offered free of charge. The relevant page will explain any email or marketing condition attached to the offer. Free download links may be time-limited and are for personal use.
9. User content and Community
If you post in the Community, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and technically process it as necessary to operate, moderate and improve the Community. You must have the right to post anything you upload.
Community use is also governed by the Community Guidelines and House Rules. We may moderate or remove content and restrict access where reasonably necessary to enforce those rules, protect users or comply with law.
10. Intellectual property
The website, Pretty Little Tease branding, editorial content, graphics, downloadable materials and other original content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property law. Except for personal use expressly permitted by us, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit them without permission.
11. Links and third-party services
The website may link to third-party sites or use third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or separate terms/privacy practices. Payment and other provider services may also be governed by the provider's own terms.
12. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the website available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may maintain, update, suspend or change parts of the website. Where a change materially affects a paid service already purchased, the Membership Terms or applicable consumer law will govern your rights.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from consumer use of the website.
14. Complaints
If something goes wrong, contact hello@prettylittletease.co.uk with enough information for us to identify the account, order or issue. We will try to resolve complaints fairly and within a reasonable time.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available to you under applicable law.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will apply from the date published and will not retrospectively remove rights already accrued under an accepted order.
Membership Terms
Terms for PLT Member and VIP subscriptions
Last updated: 28 September 2026
These Membership Terms apply to paid Pretty Little Tease subscriptions purchased through prettylittletease.co.uk. They should be read with our Website & Shop Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

1. Membership plans
Pretty Little Tease currently offers two paid plans: PLT Member and VIP. Current prices, billing intervals and included benefits are shown on the Membership page before purchase.
PLT Member: currently £9 per month or £90 per year.
VIP: currently £24 per month or £240 per year.
A Free Account is not a paid membership and The List is a separate marketing/newsletter list.
2. What membership includes
Benefits vary by tier and may include exclusive editorial posts, unpublished stories, photo sets, personal updates, polls, Q&As, members-only Community rooms, selected or premium digital downloads, early access and Boutique discounts.
VIP includes the benefits described as part of PLT Member plus the additional VIP benefits shown on the Membership page. Membership is a promise of access to the listed service and content - not a promise of private one-to-one access, personal messaging, a particular volume of content, or explicit material.
3. Starting a membership
You need a website account to hold a paid membership. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your membership begins when payment is successfully confirmed and your account is granted the relevant entitlement.
4. Recurring billing
Paid memberships renew automatically at the applicable monthly or yearly interval until cancelled. The price and billing frequency are shown before purchase. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method.
If a payment fails, we or Stripe may retry the payment and your access may be restricted or ended if payment remains unsuccessful.
5. Changing plan
You can manage eligible plan changes through the billing portal made available from My Account. When you upgrade, Stripe may charge a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. The confirmation screen will show the amount due before you approve the change.
Downgrades and changes of billing interval may take effect immediately or at the next billing date depending on the option shown in the billing portal. The portal confirmation is authoritative for the timing and price of the requested change.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time through My Account / Manage Membership. Unless the checkout or billing portal expressly says otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal rather than ending access immediately. You keep the paid tier and its eligible benefits until the end date shown in your account.
If you reverse a scheduled cancellation before the end date, the membership will resume renewal according to the billing information shown in the portal.
7. Cooling-off rights
Consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for online service contracts. Before you subscribe, checkout asks you to confirm that you request your membership to start immediately, during the 14-day cancellation period. We record that request, with the date and time, against your subscription. If you expressly ask us to begin providing membership services during that period, your right to cancel may be affected in accordance with consumer law. If you cancel during a statutory cooling-off period after requesting early performance, we may be entitled to charge a proportionate amount for services already supplied, where the legal requirements for doing so have been met.
Separate rules apply to digital content supplied immediately. Where a paid downloadable item is supplied immediately, we ask for your express request and acknowledgement about the loss of the cancellation right before supply begins.
8. Membership content and availability
Membership is an evolving editorial and community service. Individual posts, photo sets, downloads, polls, discussions and other benefits may change over time. We do not guarantee that any particular item will remain available indefinitely.
We will not deliberately remove the core substance of a paid tier without considering affected members' contractual and consumer rights. If we make a material adverse change to an ongoing paid service, we will provide appropriate notice and any remedy required by law.
9. Boutique discounts
Current standard Boutique discounts are 10% for PLT Member and 20% for VIP on eligible products. A discount applies while the relevant membership is active and may exclude particular products, promotions, delivery charges or other items where clearly stated. The checkout price is the final price before you authorise payment.
10. Community access
PLT Member currently includes access to the free Community rooms and Inner Circle. VIP currently includes those areas plus the VIP Lounge. Community access is subject to the Community Guidelines and House Rules. Serious or repeated breaches may result in moderation, suspension or removal of Community access.
Where we restrict access because of a user's breach, this does not affect statutory rights and we will act reasonably in deciding whether any wider membership restriction is justified.
11. Personal use and sharing
Membership is personal to the account holder. You must not share login credentials, members-only downloads, private Community content, exclusive photo sets or access links outside the service. Screenshots or reposting of private Community content outside the room are prohibited by the House Rules.
12. Refunds
Payments are not automatically refundable simply because you decide not to use the membership. This does not affect statutory rights, including rights where a service is not supplied with reasonable care and skill or where a refund is otherwise required by law. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.
13. Ending or suspending membership
We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary for non-payment, fraud, security concerns, serious misuse or material breach of these terms or the Community Guidelines. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and any effect on future billing or access.
14. Price changes
We may change membership prices for future billing periods. Existing members will receive reasonable advance notice of a price change that affects their recurring subscription, and any required consent or cancellation option will be provided in accordance with applicable law and Stripe's billing process.
15. Contact and complaints
Questions about membership, billing or cancellation can be sent to hello@prettylittletease.co.uk.
Returns & Refunds
Refund, cancellation and return rules for Pretty Little Tease purchases
Last updated: 28 September 2026
This policy explains how refunds, cancellations and returns work for digital products, memberships and any physical goods sold through the Pretty Little Tease Boutique. It does not reduce your statutory consumer rights.
1. Digital downloads
Paid digital downloads are normally supplied immediately after successful payment. Before you pay, checkout asks you to expressly request immediate access and to acknowledge that you will lose the statutory 14-day cancellation right once supply begins. We record this against your order and confirm it in your order confirmation email.
Once a digital download has begun following that consent and acknowledgement, a change of mind does not normally give a right to cancel. This does not affect your rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal standards.
If you cannot access a purchased file because a private download link has expired or there is a technical delivery problem, contact us. We can verify the order and, where appropriate, issue a replacement access link rather than requiring a new purchase.
2. Free downloads
Free downloads do not have a purchase price to refund. If there is a delivery problem, contact us and we will try to provide access. Marketing preferences can be changed separately using the unsubscribe link in marketing emails.
3. Membership subscriptions
You can cancel a paid membership at any time through My Account / Manage Membership. A standard cancellation normally prevents the next renewal and leaves your paid access in place until the end date shown in your account.
Membership fees are not automatically refunded for unused time or because you decide not to use the service. However, statutory cancellation and consumer rights still apply. In particular, consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for online service contracts, subject to the rules that apply where you request the service to begin during that period.
If a membership payment was duplicated, taken incorrectly, or a refund is otherwise required by law, contact us so we can investigate.
4. Upgrades and plan changes
If you upgrade between paid plans, Stripe may calculate a prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing period. The amount is shown before you approve the change. A correctly authorised prorated upgrade charge is not automatically refundable simply because you later change your mind, without affecting statutory rights.
5. Physical goods (when offered)
If we publish physical goods for sale, UK consumers will generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us they wish to cancel, followed by 14 days to return them, unless a legal exception applies. We will provide any product-specific return information before purchase.
Unless we state that we will pay return postage, you will normally be responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods. You should take reasonable care of goods while deciding whether to keep them. We may make a lawful deduction where handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods has reduced their value.
Certain goods may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where the law permits, for example sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or personalised/bespoke items. Any applicable exclusion will be made clear before purchase.
6. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed products
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights where goods, digital content or services are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or not supplied with the legally required standard of care. Contact us with your order details and a description of the problem so we can assess the appropriate remedy.
7. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund after Stripe processes it. Where the law sets a refund deadline, we will comply with that deadline.
8. How to request help or a refund
Email hello@prettylittletease.co.uk and include your order email address, order or invoice reference if available, the product or membership concerned, and a short explanation of the issue. Please do not send full payment-card details by email.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Boutique expands or applicable rules change. The version that applied when your order or subscription was entered into will remain relevant to rights already accrued.
Community Guidelines
The community rooms only work if everyone protects everyone else. Nothing posted in a room may be screenshotted, quoted or redistributed outside it. Do not identify third parties: no full names, phone numbers, addresses, workplaces, social handles or other identifying details in dating screenshots or stories — blur or remove them before posting. Judge the behaviour, never the woman. Posts and comments can be reported by any member and removed by moderators; repeat or serious breaches lead to suspension or removal of the account. Some rooms allow anonymous posting; anonymous posts remain linked to your account internally so moderation still works.
